I highly recommend this dental clinic from the moment you walk in you're greeted with smile such friendly staff. Dr Schneidman and Dr Nazanin Hojjati are simply the best!! Both are very professional and kind. They take their time with you, never feel rushed answering all your questions setting your mind at ease. I am one of those who was nervous about going to the dentist but not anymore thanks to wonderful care I got here. I am very pleased with the multiple treatments I had done. They did a follow-up on me, which I appreciated deeply. The clinic is very clean with a cozy yet modern feeling. I’ve had some traumatic dentist experiences in the past, but from the moment I booked and filled out the questionnaire about my difficult experiences, I was reassured right away by text that I would be well taken care of.And they were right! Everyone has been so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I’ve been to many dentists in 40 years, and this is the first place where I felt as comfortable as possible while having an uncomfortable procedure done.I was thoroughly informed about what might happen during and after the tooth extraction, and how to take care of myself afterwards — explained both in person and with written instructions.They were also mindful of my jaw problems and reassured me beforehand that they would take breaks during the procedure to prevent further discomfortThis dental office is also so advanced! They even had TV monitors in the patient room, and I was able to watch The Office during my appointment!A special thank you to Yihua, the dental assistant — during the extraction she assisted Dr. Schneidman with one hand while holding my hand with the other! 😂And what truly made me feel important as a patient was getting a call afterwards — not from admin staff or an assistant, but from Dr. Schneidman himself, personally checking up on me!I highly recommend them! It's clear they prioritized profits over patient care, and their incompetence has left us with permanent damage. I'm appalled by the blatant dishonesty and lack of expertise displayed. The subpar fillings left roots exposed, resulting in tooth loss for all three of us. Don't make the same mistake I did. Seek second opinions and question their sales tactics. The initial "love bombing" was just a ruse to get us to commit to unnecessary procedures. Review your records and take responsibility for the harm you've caused."

My kid had an emergency and we needed A quick appointment. It was very easy to book and the staff was super. They put my daughter at ease and she fell in love with the self serve Netflix screens to distract her during the procedure.

Major problems years later for sloppy work. Now because they messed up the filling in my molar, it keeps getting infected and I need to have it pulled. The pain is awful.

The worst and most painful dental experience of my entire life.Unfortunately, in this clinic, patients are seen not as human beings but merely as customers and sources of profit. I saw no sign of professionalism, sufficient expertise, or basic human decency. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances.

On my first visit Aisha (sp?) proudly gave me a tour of the scrupulously clean office and the high-tech gadgets for various onsite treatments. The staff was friendly and instantly put me at ease, and watching Netflix in the ceiling-mounted TV during my cleaning was a treat. I left feeling well looked after with a sparkly clean smile under my mask.Years later I experienced sudden pain and swelling from an infected tooth and texted them in the middle of the night for an emergency appointment. Dr. Jason called at dawn to urge me to seek care from a dental surgeon at the hospital, a decision I wouldn't have made on my own but one that definitely saved me from a far worse medical emergency.

Lake Dentaire is a beautiful clinic with a wonderful staff! I really appreciated the care and attention that Dr. Schneidman and his team provided me as a new patient to the clinic. Everyone is super friendly and they are doing everything to make the visit easier and more comfortable by asking questions, checking in during the work, and generally making sure you’re doing ok (the TVs in front of you and on the ceiling definitely help as well to keep you distracted!). As someone who hasn’t seen a dentist in a long time due to negative previous experiences, I’m not worried of that happening here.

I deeply regret referring a family member to this dental clinic. What was supposed to be a simple filling turned into a painful and ongoing issue that has lasted for nearly a month. They went in with no pain at all—and left with constant discomfort that still hasn’t been resolved. This is unacceptable.What’s even more troubling is the unprofessional behavior and complete lack of responsibility shown by the clinic. In the medical field—especially in dentistry—patients place their trust in professionals not just for their skills, but for their ethics and humanity. Unfortunately, that trust was broken here.This experience taught me an important lesson: never judge a healthcare provider solely by their academic background or the reputation of their school. My wife had six fillings done in a single 3-hour session at this clinic — something no responsible dentist would ever do. The result? Severe jaw pain, ongoing discomfort, and now we’re being told she needs an expensive root canal due to inflammation in one of those teeth.The original dentist showed no regard for patient well-being, rushed through critical work, and left us with long-term damage. We’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on consults and medications just to fix what this clinic did wrong.I wouldn’t trust them with a cleaning, let alone serious dental procedures. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a great experience here. The layout is great. It feels very modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The process of making an appointment and opening a file was very straightforward. They also send out enough reminders so you won't forget your appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while before this and the staff were very understanding and patient. They kept checking in to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. They were also very communicative with everything that was happening while we were doing the x-rays and cleaning. They are very transparent with the cost of any work that needs to be done. Lastly, it's nice that they provide entertainment during your visit. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely need some work done due to neglect from mental health but the staff was extremely supportive and understanding, providing me with resources, options and advice. Letting me decide when and how I want to proceed with my treatment based on priorities. Giving me images of my teeth to know the true extent of my health and a detailed price layout for what needs to be done with full transparency.
