Couldn’t be happier. Definitely need some work done due to neglect from mental health but the staff was extremely supportive and understanding, providing me with resources, options and advice. Letting me decide when and how I want to proceed with my treatment based on priorities. Giving me images of my teeth to know the true extent of my health and a detailed price layout for what needs to be done with full transparency. While I still get very anxious due to sensitivity, they did everything to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you Lake Dentaire Team!

After purposely avoiding the dentist for years, I have to say Lake Dentaire staff made it the best and easiest experience! I have a lot of anxiety and all of those fears and worries were put to rest while I watched Friends during my cleaning! I don’t often leave reviews, but I have to for them because they impressed me right away. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They take the time to answer all your questions, even those you might not have considered. If you’re anxious about dental visits, the TVs with streaming services can really help distract you and make the experience better. I can’t recommend them enough—they’ve definitely earned my loyalty!

I hadn't seen a dentist for sometime, through no-ones fault but my own, and now I had a huge toothache. I searched online and by a miracle I was able to book an appointment at Lake Dentaire. Within 14 hours I was sitting in a chair watching Jerry Seinfeld on television while the exceptional staff took care of my emergency. If I had known that it was going to be such an enjoyable experience I would have made an appointment years ago. A huge thank you to Dr Schneidman, Yihua and Kelly who I will continue to visit to take care of my dental needs.

Had a great checkup and cleaning this morning at Lake Dentaire. Rachel was wonderful cleaning my teeth, especially gentle and careful. The check-up with the Doctor and his explanation of what is needed in the future made me feel supported.Lake Dentaire is a great place to be cared for.

Very Clean and professional, the staff really makes sure you feel at ease during the procedures and the dentist will listen to all of your concerns without any judgements. Highly recommend if you are someone who easily gets anxiety from going to the dentist. Will never come back here. Waited 20 minutes because there is no actual receptionist. When the receptionist finally did come around, 2 minutes later one of the male dentists comes and berates her in front of clients and it was very brutal. This place is also very expensive compared to other dentists in the west island (with the exclusion of Fairview of course) and they refuse to hire an actual receptionist since their receptionist is also one of their assistants, so like that they dont have to pay 2 people. Pretty cheap, unethical, and unprofessional. behaviour considering how much money dental clinics make.Edit: owner responds claiming this was for a job when it was not, thus further showing how unprofessional they are. Not even understanding a basic, unsatisfied post and responding with "oh but you should have applied online for a job" when this wasnt relative to that. Reading is apparently too hard when you have a degree in dentistry, just like actually hiring enough staff or willing to pay your staff enough since you have been looking for 1 person to do 2 people's jobs at 20/hr for a job that requires an actual 3-5 year post secondary education. (Check indeed, proof is there)

I had my first appointment with Lake Dentaire and it went extremely well. The staff was very helpful and explained what they were doing and accommodated me with my sensitive teeth, which made my cleaning much easier and less painful. The clinic has the latest technology that shows you on screen what is going on in your mouth to allow for a clear understanding of which areas need to be monitored and any suggestions for care going forward, without any pressure to take a decision. The rooms are clean and bright and even have screens on the ceiling to distract you while the professionals do their work.I highly recommend Lake Dentaire for your dental needs.

This is easily the best experience I've ever had at a dentist.I am extremely nervous at the dentist and everyone was so patient and understanding. They clearly answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. Dr. Schneidman is knowledgeable, calm and kind. Somehow managed to make a tooth extraction painless. I'm very happy to have found this practice with such a great team.

Truly the best dental experience I have ever had. That is saying a lot from someone who has such anxiety going to the dentist. The dental hygienist (Rachel) was extremely gentle even in sensitive areas, I did not feel a thing. The office is state of the art and so clean. To ease my anxiety I was watching Gilmore Girls during my entire cleaning. Screens both in front of you and on the ceiling! Definitely found my dentist in the West Island! Highly recommend!

Nice and clean clinic, staff is very nice, you can tell that they are trying hard to make the patient comfortable. They try to have small talks and show interest in your answers to make you feel comfortable. I don’t like dentist visits but if I have to get work done, this clinic will continue to be my choice.

Very clean and modern space. Staff Kelly and Rachel are wonderful and very friendly. Rachel does a great job as a hygienist, gentle yet thorough. There's TV to watch during cleaning too. Scheidman is thorough in examination and recommends complete treatment. They submit claims and quotes for pre approval as well. The best dental practice place in DDO.
